The words something happened, walked, walked, survived, deported, disappeared that follow the broken red line remind us that for some, the reasons for leaving ones country are motivated by tragic circumstances, but the journey to a possible haven of peace is fraught with pitfalls and traps that are sometimes fatal. Once they arrive at their destination, their reception is not guaranteed; they risk being deported to their country of origin, despite the danger that awaits them.
