The bookcase Entitled contains 6 titles with an identical content: the same 9 meters-long accordion is made of press photographs highlighted with red pencil's hand marks, representing all kinds of violence one can imagine and perpetrated “in the name of...”.
The 6 titles follow each other:
In the Name of...,
Red is Dark,
This is Not a Nightmare,
What About Now?,
Ad Vitam Æternam.
This project met Thucydides' path, a Greek politician and historian (460–397 BC), from whom this quote can be found on every book's cover: “By wanting to justify acts considered up to there as blameworthy, we changed the ordinary sense of the words.”
Installation, Maison des Arts de Schaerbeek.
